As a part of McKinsey’s global Organization Practice, Alexander leads its Organization Design practice in EMEA.

Alexander has worked on organization transformations across many industries in Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East.

In recent years, Alexander has focused on the substantial benefits of the zero-based organization approach, which offers company leaders a powerful approach to achieving truly transformation results. Zero-based organization (ZBO) design is a step-change, non-incremental methodology to drive significant change inside of an existing organization by building up the core elements of the new organization from scratch.

Before joining McKinsey, Alexander worked as an Investment Banker. Alexander holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the Columbia University in New York.

Onno Boer

As a part of McKinsey’s Consumer and Organization practice, Onno focusses on Organization Design and Agility in Retail and Consumer.

Onno has worked on organization transformations across industries in Europe, the US and Africa. Recently, Onno has focused on using zero-based principles to Organization Design using Zero-Based Organization (ZBO).

Onno holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MA from University of St Gallen (HSG) and a MSc from Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University Rotterdam.
