Your working environment

The digital group in Zurich is a small, close-knit community of consultants who are a part of a broader European network. Examples of their projects and topics of interest include cybersecurity, cloud computing, digitization of the customer journey in various industries, the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0, and agile or scrum at scale.

Your profile

We have a growing need for candidates who have a strong interest in information technology and its role in a company. In some cases, this affinity may already be rooted in an academic background: most digital consultants are computer scientists, natural scientists, or engineers. However, academic background is not the only factor. Your enthusiasm for IT may be reflected by internships or entrepreneurial experience. Hardly any of our consultants see themselves as technical purists. Instead, we usually work on diverse projects that require skills in other areas besides IT.

A telecommunications company prepares for the next generation of customer engagement

Our digital consultants helped a leading European telecommunications operator leverage digitization to full advantage. Together with senior business executives and a team of enterprise architects, we defined a road map to develop the next-generation customer-engagement platform, radically changing how the operator will steer its business. The new platform will allow the company to enhance its operational performance, including potential annual savings of €200 million, and to tap into new revenue streams.
