McKinsey Undergraduate Women's Summit

Are you an aspiring leader on your campus or in your community? Do you enjoy solving problems and working in teams? If you answered yes to one or both questions, we hope you’ll consider applying to McKinsey’s Undergraduate Women’s Summit, a unique opportunity for undergraduate women happening in six locations across the U.S. this summer.

Our McKinsey Undergraduate Women’s Summit was designed to support talented female undergraduates in their professional growth, and create a platform for building relationships with one another.

Program overview

The one-day program will include:

We hope you'll join us to learn and connect with your peers alongside a group of inspiring, professional women.
