This is an opportunity for you to benefit from having a senior McKinsey consultant as your mentor. In addition, you will have the chance to complete a communication training that will prove valuable in your personal and professional life.

Participation in the training is inextricably linked to the internship program. It is therefore not possible to attend just the training.

A mentor will be on hand to offer assistance from day one, providing valuable advice for getting the most out of your internship at McKinsey.

We will confirm receipt immediately on receiving your application. At the beginning of March, we will let you know whether you have been successful.

Should you successfully pass the application screening stage, we will invite you for digital assessment (interactive game). To find out more please click here.

Upon successful completion of the digital assessment, we will invite you to initial and then final round of interviews, which is the last stage of assessment process. All necessary instructions will be sent to you by a local recruiter.

If your application is rejected, you can apply again at a later point once you have gained some more practical experience and/or have evidence of further academic experience. As a rule, around 18 months is a realistic period for achieving significant personal growth and consequently having a greater chance of success upon reapplication.
