Emerging Scholars

Celebrating the next generation of MBAs

Emerging Scholars is a scholarship, a support network, and a coaching resource to help you get the most out of your MBA experience and to help you prepare for your guaranteed McKinsey interview.

Your MBA experience will set you on a journey of self-discovery and enrichment, and you will undoubtedly have many professional paths to consider. We hope you’ll consider McKinsey as the next step in your journey because we provide an unparalleled opportunity for you to be at your best, doing the best, most meaningful work with the best teams. Emerging Scholars presents an early introduction to the firm, which will enable you to build relationships with our consultants and your peers in advance of the fall recruiting season.
If you are interested in making a difference in the world by tackling some of today’s most pressing challenges across industries and functions, we would love to meet you. We are particularly excited to meet admitted MBA students who are entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to participate in a close-knit, mentorship-focused community.
