Skills for Success is a series of virtual events designed to equip you with skills you can use in any career. Learn how to craft a standout CV, solve problems with structure, and tell stories that stick, all while getting to know McKinsey. Join us to build the skills that set you up for long-term success.

If you are currently pursuing any degree in Europe, or are a recently graduated professional, join us for Skills for Success! It is a series of four informal virtual skill-building sessions and has been designed to be relevant to individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will learn more about McKinsey, hear from members and allies of our affinity groups (such as PRISM, McKinsey Black Network, Equal, Asians at McKinsey), and build practical skills that can support you throughout your career.
To register, you will be asked to submit your CV. This is for administrative purposes and is separate from any job application process.
Please don’t worry if your CV is not job ready as this program is separate from recruitment! You will learn these skills as part of the series and will always be able to update this at a later stage.
We encourage you to attend as many sessions as you can, but you do not need to attend every session. You may also register after the series has started and receive information about the remaining events.
