Who You'll Work With

As a key member of the Product Development team at PriceMetrix – part of McKinsey & Company – you will work in our office in downtown Toronto.
You will collaborate with a talented team of Product Managers, Data Engineers, Web Engineers, Quality Engineers, and others.
PriceMetrix is the first choice in practice management software for North American wealth managers. Our solutions use analytics and industry benchmarking to help advisers and their firms better serve their clients and grow their businesses. PriceMetrix directly measures aggregated data representing 10 million investors, $4 trillion in investment assets, 500 million transactions, and 2.5 million fee-based accounts.  PriceMetrix combines its patented process for collecting and classifying data with proprietary measures of revenue, assets, and households to create the largest and most insightful retail wealth management data set available today.

What You'll Do

You will be PriceMetrix’s dedicated UI/UX designer, reporting into the Head of Product.
You will come up with the user experience for new product features, including developing conceptual designs to test with clients and then creating user flows and detailed designs based on feedback.  You will run user interviews and effectively communicate findings and insights to the rest of the team to help drive product direction.
Once your designs are validated, you will define requirements and collaborate with developers and quality specialists, answering questions as they come up, and validating that the finished features align with the UI and UX you envisioned.  Ideally, you are able to support the implementation by creating HTML and CSS.
