You will provide high quality day-to-day administrative, coordination, and operations support to Client Service Teams (CST), delivering resourceful, proactive, and timely assistance to ensure our teams' time is leveraged effectively.
You will adapt to quick-changing priorities, anticipate potential calendar or logistical conflicts, and proactively implement practical resolutions.
On a daily basis, you will:
  • Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively manage complex schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate end-to-end travel logistics in close partnership with supported colleagues.
  • Team Liaison & Communication: Collaborate closely with other Assistants and CST Leadership to coordinate meetings, align on key milestones, and serve as an accessible liaison between Engagement Managers, Associates, and Client teams. You will also liaise seamlessly with internal functions (e.g. Office Services) and/or external vendors, as appropriate, facilitate daily operational needs.
  • Deliverables: Prepare accurate and well-organized team deliverables (e.g. contact lists, trackers, reports and other administrative materials.)
  • Teamwork & Continuity: Work collaboratively across the Assistants’ pool and with your Team Lead/Manager to provide seamless backup coverage. Maintain strong communication (verbal and written) and confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. 
  • Technology and AI. Adopt the use of current firm applications and readily adopt emerging digital tools and solutions to enhance day-to-day workflow efficiency.
  • Project & Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance for CST events, training sessions, major initiative execution, reporting, and, where applicable by location, recruiting, accounting, and expense administration tasks.
  • Your work serves as the operational backbone for our client teams. By taking complete ownership of day-to-day administrative coordination and safeguarding team priorities, you empower consultants to focus on solving our clients' toughest problems while sustaining a supportive, vibrant community.
You will be based in Manila as part of our McKinsey Global Services Assistants Path community.

  • Prior administrative support or corporate customer service experience is desired
  • Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong sense of accountability for all work products
  • Resourceful, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency; comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently proposing solutions to operational challenges
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and willingness to quickly learn and leverage internal software and digital platforms
