You will engage in a variety of initiatives that support our principles-based compensation design globally, aligning with our goal to create an unrivaled environment for our people. Specifically, you will help define and implement the compensation strategy for our Tech, Asset, and CCN career pathways.
You will be part of the Global Compensation Function (GCF) strategic Center of Excellence. You will work at the intersection of our practices and functions as they set global talent strategies and work with regional teams to translate these. You will work closely with other central GCF members and regional compensation teams spread around the world.
You will drive central strategic projects by leading critical initiatives tied directly to the strategic priorities of the Tech, Assets, and CCN paths. To build compelling professional journeys, you will collaborate closely with talent and functional leaders to set and execute the overarching compensation strategy across each covered path. Ensuring market competitiveness is a key pillar of this position; you will work hand-in-hand with benchmarking and regional teams to design robust compensation structures, globally leveraging attrition, attraction, and benchmarking data alongside real-time market trends to determine when updates are required.
Serving as a vital link to central leadership, you will facilitate seamless connections between practices, functions, and Market Compensation Leads (MCLs). This includes reporting critical updates and granular details—such as identifying colleagues at their salary caps—to central groups, while effectively rolling out and communicating the individual-level implications of any compensation changes. To maintain organizational integrity, you will evaluate global alignment to ensure all compensation frameworks strictly adhere to agreed-upon strategic approaches worldwide. As you rapidly develop deep expertise in building tailored structures for your assigned paths, you will partner with MCLs to refine these models and roll out corresponding updates to broader global talent strategies.
Additionally, your work will heavily rely on data fluency. You will analyze and synthesize internal people data across various metrics—including attrition, offer acceptance rates, and time-in-role—translating these insights into clear, actionable communications that keep GCF, path, and practice leaders fully informed. These robust analyses will empower you to assess, syndicate, and advocate for strategic adjustments. Ultimately, you will support regional teams to "get comp right" by serving as a trusted thought partner in execution and collaborating on thorough structural audits to performantly to audit local compensation structures.
