You will problem-solve, shape solutions, and drive execution of priority client activation efforts, ensuring strong operational discipline while continuously identifying opportunities to improve impact, efficiency, and quality.
Your work will focus on owning and advancing the Growth Marketing & Sales (GM&S) client activation agenda in LatAm, ensuring priorities are translated into concrete actions and delivered with quality and speed.
You will be taking end-to-end ownership for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of client activation initiatives across priority clients, industries, and growth platforms. GM&S is a key component of the firm’s growth strategy, bringing together marketing, sales, and client development capabilities to accelerate impact with our most important clients.
You will work directly with our regional GM&S Leader for Latin America, and collaborate closely with regional GM&S leadership, Functional and Industry leaders, and Client Service Teams (CSTs) across the firm. You will also engage regularly with global capabilities and service line/domain leads, client capabilities managers, and cross-functional teams such as Finance, People/PD, and Reach & Engagement, to advance priority client activation initiatives.

  • University degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, client development, marketing, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a low-structure environment
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Proven ability to independently problem-solve, synthesize insights, and translate strategy into action
  • Experience with performance tracking, KPI management, and data-driven decision support
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Interest in (or exposure to) Growth Marketing, Sales, or Client Development topics is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort interacting across levels of seniority and geographies
  • Fluent level language skills in English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
