You will be a part of the broader Finalta leadership team and as a leader of our Chicago hub will contribute to developing, growing and managing the North America region.
You will be given high levels of responsibility from the start, with the role comprising of 3 main elements: Management and Leadership; Client Delivery and Commercial Accountability.
Your responsibilities will include managing, developing and inspiring a team of managers/analysts, focusing on their professional development and leadership skills plus project delivery, operational excellence and proactively leading initiatives to achieve this. You will lead the design and implementation of one or a number of Finalta’s strategic initiatives and workstreams and support general company management activities, such as recruiting, training, direction setting and planning.
The client delivery responsibilities will include managing multiple senior clients and key stakeholders during and throughout the research and delivery process and creating compelling data-driven insights and original thinking that helps clients to maximise their performance. In addition, you will present key findings to senior management and board level clients, to get their buy-in and help translate the results into action plans. You will supervise the smooth running of our benchmarking projects to ensure that they are completed on time and on quality, and deliver a good client experience.
With Finalta’s ambitious growth plans, this is an ideal opportunity to demonstrate business building and entrepreneurial skills by supporting our expansion in the region; including business development with C level executives, client pitches, proposal writing, pipeline management, and contract negotiations. You will deepen and expand existing Finalta client relationships with other products and services from Finalta’s portfolio. You will work alongside McKinsey partners and Finalta directors on joint client proposals and through introductions to established McKinsey clients.
You will be based in Chicago and the role involves working with clients across North America. Travel is required for client specific meetings but does not involve long periods working on site with clients.
