You will work with other software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, designers, project managers and business subject matter experts on interdisciplinary projects to enable business ambitions with data & analytics.
You will: Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and internal teams to understand business and operational needs and translate them into reliable, scalable, and reusable technical solutions; autonomously investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the full application stack, while maintaining platform stability, reliability, and availability; diagnose technical issues through structured root-cause analysis and deliver robust code fixes, translating operational learnings into engineering improvements that reduce technical debt and prevent issue recurrence.
You will also design, evolve, and maintain observability capabilities across monitoring, logging, and tracing to provide visibility into application health, identify performance and reliability issues, and support effective production troubleshooting; own the end-to-end resolution of production issues, from initial triage and root-cause analysis through code fixes and production releases, while enhancing CI/CD pipelines and conducting rigorous post-deployment validation to ensure reliable, non-disruptive releases; and leverage Generative AI and agentic engineering approaches to enhance software development practices, automate engineering workflows, and improve the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven experience supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and evolving enterprise-grade software in live production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design, familiarity with TypeScript or Go is highly valued
  • Hands-on development experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience evolving scalable software architectures, including distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven or streaming architectures
  • Solid foundation in database design, with practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, performance optimization, and schema modifications
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, with familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices, including production deployments, hotfixes, and post-deployment validation
  • Strong proficiency with observability practices and tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, or the ELK Stack
  • Exposure to Generative AI, autonomous agents, or LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) applied to engineering, monitoring, troubleshooting, or operational workflows is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, client engineering teams, and business stakeholders
