You will be delivering end-to-end recruiting across Manila, Southeast Asia, and Japan markets.

You will be working closely with a team of global recruiting professionals, tasked with attracting a diverse range of talent from various sectors and geographies.
Based in our Manila office, you will be a key member of the McKinsey recruiting team. You will support hiring efforts across Manila, Japan, and other Southeast Asian markets.
Your responsibilities will include driving the development and execution of exceptional talent attraction strategies that align with our organizational goals.
You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment end to end, from kicking off a search with hiring managers to understanding target profiles, sourcing robust talent pipelines, guiding decision meetings, all the way through to executing offers.
Your work will have a direct impact on attracting top talent, fostering a diverse and innovative environment, and ensuring our continued success and growth in the region.
You will actively engage in sourcing talent, identifying target candidate groups, and exploring innovative methods to connect with candidates.
Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media, your skills in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and industry research will be instrumental.
By maintaining a structured and compliant recruitment process, you will guide candidates from screening through onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience.
You will serve as the primary contact for talent acquisition efforts and manage recruiting data efficiently.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a strong preference for executive search environments; proven track record in proactive sourcing and headhunting high-quality talent
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within Japanese markets or for Japanese-speaking talent pools; familiarity with cultural nuances and talent dynamics is a strong advantage
  • Strong capability in talent mapping, market intelligence, and industry research, with a solid understanding of Southeast Asian talent landscapes
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into targeted talent strategies; exhibits ownership and emerging leadership capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing channels; adept at building and activating passive candidate pipelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, including offer coordination, relocation, and immigration processes
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting—comfortable leveraging pipeline metrics and insights to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage credibly with candidates and stakeholders across levels
