Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Lisbon office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients.
You will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts where we combine the advantages of a start-up (i.e., light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative) and those of a large group (i.e., available resources to develop one’s projects and logistical support).For more information on who we are and what we do, please visit our website www.orphoz.com

What You'll Do

You will lead the design and implementation of our client´s transformation plans.
In this role, you will delegate project workstreams to execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc. You will manage the workshop and implementation content, lead the implementation process stages as well as lead the project team including consultants and senior clients. 
You will also coach and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 10+ years of experience in project management consulting and/or project implementation (e.g., in a project management office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects)
  • Experience in conducting workshops and coaching sessions
  • Particular functional (e.g., lean management, process optimization and agile management management) or sector expertise is a plus
  • Driven by creating long-lasting impact
  • Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
  • Fluent and effective communicating in Portuguese and English (verbally and in writing). Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus
