You will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner and benefits leader, shaping a competitive, equitable experience for our people.
You will seamlessly manage our comprehensive benefits portfolio, continuous improvement projects, and Open Enrollment while guiding colleagues through the entire employee lifecycle—from role transitions and flexible programs to empathetic exit counseling. 
Furthermore, you will drive end-to-end performance evaluations, monitor employee satisfaction metrics, and orchestrate engaging connectivity initiatives like town halls to retain and excite top talent. Operating with an audit mindset, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain flawless data integrity in People Central and ensure compliance, ultimately championing our firm Values to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment where exceptional people can thrive.

  • Bachelor's/Masters’ degree or equivalent 
  • 7+ years' relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in independently driving personnel related processes for a large team/business/organization
  • Strong interest in professional development and people issues. Ability to develop a professional relationship and connect as a trusted and respected peer with the team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner. Ability to foster excellent working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
  • High levels of comfort with database and reporting tools e.g. MS Excel. Exposure to working on large HRIS systems and ability to handle large volume of data crunching and analysis
  • Ability to adhere to the highest professional standards. Integrity, maturity, and fairness in dealing with upholding confidentiality of information
  • A strong combination of attention to detail, process excellence and result-orientation, with the ability to multi-task
  • Non-hierarchical approach: Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills; ability to manage through ambiguity
