You'll support QuantumBlack Studio’s financial planning, reporting & operational finance activities, ensuring accuracy, visibility & discipline across core financial processes.

In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling, while preparing regular financial reports and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to leadership.
You will monitor revenue, cost structures, and project-level profitability, providing insights into margins, utilization, and financial performance drivers, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
Furthermore, you will assist in managing cash flow tracking and working capital analysis to ensure visibility into liquidity and financial health, and support pricing and deal analysis by partnering with the CFO and commercial teams to assess financial viability and margin implications.
Additionally, you will maintain financial data integrity, assist with month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with accounting and external partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, automation, and reporting quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required
- Progress toward CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
- Some years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related analytical roles
- Experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling required; experience with financial systems or ERP tools preferred
