You will ensure consultants are appropriately allocated to teams and provide guidance in the staffing process to our leaders and consultants to uphold our dual mission - finding the right team for our clients & developing our exceptional people in their consultant lifecycle.
Together with the French Professional Development team, you will monitor consultants’ development, career progression and other people-oriented topics. You will provide these consultants with formal and informal feedback related to projects experience and performance evaluations. You will work closely with the leadership to ensure that consultants receive timely and required development opportunities while reflecting needs in client service.
