Senior Analyst - Demand Planning and Supply Management

You will support the team across the full scope of demand planning and supply management - from understanding and profiling our user base and demand drivers, to contributing to resource planning and capacity decisions.
You will combine a quantitative, data-driven perspective on market dynamics and user behavior with hands-on involvement in operational planning processes, helping the team answer 'who is demanding what, why, and how do we plan for it.' A particular focus will be on developing user typologies and demand archetypes that sharpen our segmentation and improve planning accuracy.
You will carry out and/or support resource planning activities along different time horizons, with focus on longer-term, global, strategic planning (e.g., budgeting, recruiting) while also ensuring support for operational planning.
You will support and/or lead market research and user base profiling activities, with emphasis on quantitative analysis of user behavior, demand patterns, and growth signals.
Your work involves developing and maintaining user typologies, demand archetypes, and segmentation frameworks that translate market and user data into actionable planning inputs.
You will identify demand drivers and trends and produce insights that improve planning accuracy and decision-making. Furthermore, you will develop and expand supply- and demand-related metrics, frameworks, processes/SOPs, tools, and dashboards in close collaboration with BI and operational supply leaders.
Your work also includes supporting global supply and demand matching, resource allocation, and workforce management reporting. Additionally, you will help advance global collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in workforce management.
You will be part of the team located in Poznań, Poland and have the exciting opportunity to strengthen the team and expand the functional capabilities inside the global VG & Media organization. You will regularly collaborate and interface with stakeholders across various levels of the global group—including the internal shift management team, user research team, reporting team, and other operations and cell leaders.
There is the opportunity to hire either at the Analyst or Senior Analyst position, depending on your experience.

  • University degree, preferably in business/economics, maths/science or econometrics/statistics 
  • Ideally initial professional experience in demand or resource planning, operations analytics, market research, or a quantitative analytical role
  • Exposure to, or interest in quantitative market research, user segmentation, or behavioral analytics
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts (e.g. distributions, correlation, regression, significance) and their application to real-world data
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query)
  • Working knowledge or strong willingness to learn the use of: at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); a scripting/statistical language/data processing tool (e.g., Python, R, KNIME); SQL, Snowflake and database querying 
  • Analytics, problem-solving, and creativity combined with a quantitative mindset, numerical agility/affinity for working with (big) data, as well as curiosity, the ability to identify patterns, and a hypothesis‑driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively, stay focused under pressure, and manage tasks against agreed-on timelines, paired with a self-driven mindset and an affinity to leverage AI-based tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Business level verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent) with the ability to communicate complex and technical topics to a non-technical audience
