Your Impact

In this role, you will support the management of our Talent, Position Management, and Performance Management data globally, through operational processes, data audits and reporting, and identifying and implementing process efficiencies to support the global Talent function.
You will own management of the firm function’s hiring process by actioning requests received via ServiceNow and working primarily on the Position Management module within the People Central system. You will be analyzing data through regular audits and generating custom reports for our stakeholders, identifying process gaps and system inefficiencies, sharing recommendations for improvement.
Your work will help streamline the firm’s hiring process and overall, Talent data and processes. As a key collaborator of the HR and Talent teams, you will support key initiatives and projects across the year and help drive the strategic priorities of the Talent function.
You will be based in Gurugram as part of our Talent Operations. The team supports the firm functions that account for ~14,000 colleagues at the firm. You will work closely with HR & Talent leaders supporting the firm functions to maintain data integrity, provide leverage, and help coordinate and complete key Talent, Position Management, and Performance Management activities.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
  • 2+ years’ experience in People (HR), Operations, and/or Technology roles
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas) for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with HR processes, ticketing systems (like ServiceNow), and/or HCM ERP tools (such as SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately across multiple data sources with strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, including independently initiating, prioritizing, and completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • High levels of maturity, sound judgment, and trust, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills to balance day-to-day tasks, a full case load, and longer-term projects in a complex, mostly autonomous environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, adapting style for diverse audiences and levels of seniority
