You will have four main categories of responsibilities: client service, people management, operational management, and leadership. .
For client service, you will support and enable the team to deliver client work at scale and in line with our standards.
You will propose specific solutions tailored to the client’s needs within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem and complementary solutions.
Additionally, you will advise on technical architecture Marketing solutions, including integrations, governor limits, and object modeling across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment and other technical platforms.
In people management, your role will involve growing our Salesforce delivery team to support client service across the Europe. You will recruit, mentor, and apprentice colleagues, enabling their long-term professional growth and solving day-to-day issues.
Operational management duties will require you to collaborate with global leadership to set and execute the team strategy. You will oversee operational leadership matters such as planning, communications, team logistics, recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating. Finally, in the leadership category, you will be a core leader in our global Salesforce practice.
You will connect the Growth, Marketing & Sales team with the broader community, supporting hub initiatives, and creating an exceptional environment for the group.
