Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona or Valencia city) as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.
S4G is a company newly acquired by McKinsey and is a world leading Salesforce consultancy group ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide. The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics.

The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth.

Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. 

You will typically work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

Your impact within our firm

You will have four main categories of responsibilities: client service, people management, operational management, and leadership.  . 
For client service, you will support and enable the team to deliver client work at scale and in line with our standards.

You will propose specific solutions tailored to the client’s needs within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem and complementary solutions.

Additionally, you will advise on technical architecture Marketing solutions, including integrations, governor limits, and object modeling across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud  environment and other technical platforms.

In people management, your role will involve growing our Salesforce delivery team to support client service across the Europe. You will recruit, mentor, and apprentice colleagues, enabling their long-term professional growth and solving day-to-day issues.

Operational management duties will require you to collaborate with global leadership to set and execute the team strategy. You will oversee operational leadership matters such as planning, communications, team logistics, recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating. Finally, in the leadership category, you will be a core leader in our global Salesforce practice.

You will connect the Growth, Marketing & Sales team with the broader community, supporting hub initiatives, and creating an exceptional environment for the group.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Relevant and professional work experience; accustomed to acting as the interface of  Marketing enviroment and technology CRM in an agile and fast-changing environment 
  • 7+ years’ experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions. 
  • Presentations and effective communication with C-Level executives
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) adapted to CRM
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud Solutions, and high talented on Salesforce Marketing Cloud  (Email Specialist, Pardot, Marketing Cloud) 
  • Knowledge of other Marketing Solutions: Marketo, Hubspot, Active Campaign, Zoho.
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant, Pardot Specialist, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications are required. 
  • Data Cloud for Marketing certification is a must. 
  • Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain
  • Patient listener with the ability clearly articulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • English C1 level
