Recruiting Intern - Student worker

Your work provides hands-on experience across the full recruitment life cycle, offering opportunities to develop professional relationships and strengthen your organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Your contributions will directly support our efforts to attract and secure top talent, helping us build a strong and dynamic workforce.
You will play a key role in supporting a variety of tasks and projects within our recruiting team. Your responsibilities will include managing data in the Applicant Tracking System, assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process, coordinating recruiting events, and screening candidates.
You’ll be part of our McKinsey Oslo/Stockholm recruiting team, co-located with other recruiters in our Oslo/Stockholm office. The recruitment of highly qualified consultants is a key success factor for McKinsey & Company. Our recruiting team is dedicated to identifying, inspiring, and selecting exceptional candidates within a dynamic international environment to create an exceptional professional environment for exceptional people.
You will work closely with team members and consultants, participate in training sessions, and contribute to select team initiatives.
This is a 6-month internship opportunity, starting at the earliest available onboarding date.

  • Pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
