You’ll be part of our recruiting team in Paris, focusing specifically on Campus and Junior Professional recruitment.
You will play a vital role in identifying and attracting the next generation of McKinsey talent. Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for students and young graduates, ensuring we select the most promising individuals to join our firm.
You will support the end-to-end organization and execution of campus events, including career fairs, workshops, and networking presentations at top-tier schools. You will coordinate recruitment sessions and interview days, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for both candidates and interviewers. You will also manage candidate progression through our Applicant Tracking System, from initial application to final offer stage, while working closely with consultants and senior recruiters to continuously enhance our campus attraction strategy.
Your 6 month internship will provide deep exposure to the full recruitment life cycle, with a strong emphasis on event management and candidate experience. You will develop professional relationships within the French excellence landscape while strengthening your organizational and communication skills.

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage the logistics of complex events and recruitment sessions with high attention to detail
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a brand ambassador for junior candidates
  • Previous experience in HR, event management is highly preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and eager to learn internal recruiting tools
  • Fluent level language skills in French and English are mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, high-stakes environment
