Recruiter - Digital and Analytics

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting experienced hires, ideally within a digital native company
  • Strong interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to discuss details with technical people
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
  • Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies 
  • Highly developed executive search skills (e.g. attraction and selection of talent)
  • Experience working with an ATS in a high volume and detail oriented environment
  • Desire to continuously improve the way we hire, discover distinctive digital talent and to provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • High level of entrepreneurship and creativity
  • Fluency in English

Who You'll Work With

Working out of our Experienced Professional Hub in Amsterdam, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with leaders within McKinsey Digital across Europe to scope out requirements, interact with candidates consulting with them on a potential career move and leverage the expertise and support of an established Experienced Professional (EP) team dedicated to providing the highest level of client and candidate service.

What You'll Do

You will to help us further grow our presence in Europe through recruiting experienced professional candidates.

You will develop talent management strategies. You will work to understand talent needs within our digital space and will work with digital leadership to determine hiring targets. You will develop profiles and specifications and identify and recommend improvement opportunities. You’ll then have the opportunity to build relationships with the digital communities and further enhance McKinsey Digital’s market position. 

Additionally, you will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities. You’ll be responsible for the full life cycle. Turning profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You’ll then work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process. 

You will be involved and responsible for broader value-add projects. As a subject matter expert you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events. 

You will have a pivotal role in a fast paced, global and growing practice.  You will be able to take full responsibility and not only drive the process but creatively contribute to developing best practices around experienced hire recruiting.
