You will work collaboratively with experts from different disciplines, having exposure to leadership, and receive extensive additional training to expand your skill set.
You will focus on developing client proposals in specific sectors from the beginning of your professional experience and become an expert throughout your career. You will also, as you grow in this position, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
You will develop into leadership through research, training, mentoring and coaching sessions. Along with your career development a variety of top management issues will be presented to you and to your team-mates, firm colleagues from different offices, practices, and clients.
You will be based in our São Paulo Office as part of the client development hub team in Brazil.
You will work on teams and help the best organizations in Brazil across the private, public, and social sectors. Your team will be prepared to give you all the support you need to understand how we work and how we serve our clients.

- Bachelor's degree in any course with expected graduation between December 2022 and December 2025
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Available to be located in São Paulo
- Ability to communicate ideas most effectively; both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
