You will lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs, driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with firm priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with senior leaders, portfolio owners, product teams, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define program strategies, establish governance frameworks, and execute high-impact initiatives.
You will shape roadmaps, develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), facilitate quarterly business reviews, and create transparency across interconnected workstreams. Working in highly collaborative environments, you will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and resource requirements while implementing scalable delivery practices and agile ways of working.
You will influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization, translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans, and continuously improve delivery standards through data-driven decision making and structured governance.
Your work will help accelerate the transformation, improve operational effectiveness, strengthen collaboration across teams, and enable the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that create lasting impact for our colleagues, clients, and the firm.
You will be based in Berlin / Lisbon as part of our Visual Graphics & Media (VG&M) / McKinsey Global Services team. This team partners across McKinsey Global Services and McKinsey Technology to drive large-scale transformation initiatives, modernize operating models, and enable innovative, agile ways of working that improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependencies
- Proven ability to define program governance, operating models, execution frameworks, and scalable delivery practices
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, program plans, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), executive reporting, and business reviews
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and resources to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments
- Experience implementing Agile principles and ways of working to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement and experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline program management processes, enhance reporting and governance, and improve delivery effectiveness
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and build trusted partnerships across functions, geographies, and organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, lead organizational change, and drive operational improvements through structured program management approaches
- Ability to work in-person and travel as needed (team schedules and office locations may vary) and flexibility to collaborate effectively across global teams and work across multiple time zones as business needs require
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and present complex information clearly
