You will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling AI and automation solutions that transform how financial transactions are processed across the firm.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations to deliver high-impact automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance quality at scale.
You will contribute to the execution of the Automation Program, focusing on the deployment and optimization of financial transaction automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying high-value automation opportunities, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled workflows and agents. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Sourcing, Purchasing, Category Management, Finance, and Operations, to identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities that drive business value.
You will define and own the Automation and AI solution roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment. By translating business needs into scalable digital, automation, and AI solutions, you will lead the design, enablement, and end-to-end implementation of these initiatives.
You will drive alignment across teams, manage dependencies, and make decisions on scope and direction to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the solutions.
You will work hands-on with data, systems, and workflows to automate repetitive and high-volume processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve touchless rates across transaction flows. You will help design and implement AI-driven solutions such as intelligent routing, exception handling, and self-healing mechanisms that enhance system performance and resilience.
You will collaborate closely with other product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with program priorities. You will support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation capabilities, ensuring solutions meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
You will also contribute to governance and best practices by adhering to established standards, documenting workflows and solutions, and supporting the monitoring and reporting of automation performance. Through your work, you will help drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, cycle times, and cost per transaction.
Your work will directly contribute to scaling automation across millions of financial transactions, reducing manual effort, and enabling a shift toward a more system-driven, efficient, and intelligent operating model.
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
