You will be part of the HR Operations Team in San Jose and work closely with a wide range of internal and global stakeholders, including the members of the HR Operations team, Geographical HR, and senior firm leaders connected with HR activities.
As HR Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of regional HR operations across the full HR Operations service catalog, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. This includes ongoing monitoring of service levels within the region by leveraging ServiceNOW (SNOW) reporting and operational dashboards to track open cases and SLA adherence. As the primary point of escalation for regional stakeholders, you will foster strong relationships and provide timely resolution to issues, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Additionally, your role includes leading process improvement initiatives by serving as the global convener for specified service lines, driving standardization and consistency of processes across global teams. You will also play a critical role in people leadership, overseeing the training and development of Team Leads and SMEs, supporting Team Leaders with developmental challenges and performance concerns.

- Bachelors' degree required; masters optional
- 5+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environment preferred
- 3+ years of experience within an Operations team
- Experience in People Leadership required
- Lean management and/or driving process improvement projects expertise a plus
- Effective people leadership and continuous improvement mindset
- Highly organized and able to prioritize own tasks and tasks of others against tight timelines
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to problem solve independently and with others
- Demonstrated maturity and strong judgment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage and resolve conflicts
