Location Services Coordinator

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Phoenix office located in Tempe, AZ or in our Tampa office located in St. Petersburg, FL as part of the location services team. 
You will work with colleagues across the firm to provide an exceptional experience to our colleagues, visitors and vendors. The location services team is responsible for driving an array of activities that contribute to the culture, function, and overall care of the office.

What You'll Do

As an integral part of the Location Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring professional support to colleagues and visitors of our office and autonomously manage site wide projects.
Reporting to the location services manager, you will be support a variety of activities the contribute to the functionality and upkeep of the office. This includes responding to and supporting colleagues request, providing client meeting support, and overseeing office services tickets. This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of physical work and project management daily projects include ordering supplies, assisting with facility issues, printing services, and overseeing shipping and delivery of mail and packages. You will also play a role in communication through supporting location intranet updates and assisting with communication for site-wide events. 
You will also help our team continue to evolve and improve through upkeep of team standard operating procedures (SOPs) and by serving on the Emergency Response Team by assisting with and participating in all safety and security efforts and evacuations.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience preferably in office services, facilities or an administrative field
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects autonomously
  • Experience with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture/items/packages (minimum 35 lbs.)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed and with minimal notice
  • Specific experience in catering and/or security a plus
  • Strong writing skills and/or experience with web development helpful
