Working directly with candidates, you will focus on the end-to-end recruiting process for top campus talent for our offices in France.
You will be based in our Paris office and work as part of the France Recruiting Team. The Talent Attraction team helps strengthen McKinsey’s reputation as an employer and attract top-tier talent to support the firm’s broader business objectives. By identifying and hiring high-caliber, diverse professionals, you will help ensure the firm has the talent needed to meet growing demands across industries and practices. Your efforts will contribute directly to shaping the future of McKinsey by building a pipeline of high-potential individuals who can grow into the firm’s next generation of partners and leaders, reinforcing our mission to create lasting impact for our clients and the world.
You will support recruiting activities with a strong focus on campus talent in France. You will act as a key contact for candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, from attraction and selection through to offers, ensuring that each candidate receives individualized attention and a high-quality experience. You will lead the organization of virtual and in-person interviews, working closely with our recruiting administration team to ensure a seamless process.
You will also contribute to the development and delivery of virtual and in-person recruiting events, collaborating with career services, student associations, and school alumni groups. You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders to align on recruiting strategy and liaise with the wider McKinsey People team. In addition, you will support the management and analysis of relevant recruiting data and systems, including candidate tracking databases, to help inform recruiting activities and decisions.

- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Initial experience in the HR environment, preferably in recruiting, gained during internships, as a working student or in a full-time role (up to 2 years of experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and employees at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong ownership and accountability for end product combined with a highly proactive mindset
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, willingness to travel to major recruiting events as needed
- Committed to representing our firm in a professional way, both in person and on the phone, video call or via email
- Fluent language skills in English and French are mandatory
