As recruiter, you will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring best in class strategies and processes to attract, select and onboard talent.
In this role, you will lead programs and take an active role in all aspects of the recruiting process for both local and international recruiting. You will also develop, implement and drive forward best practices in recruiting including developing new recruiting sources for Seoul office (e.g. local campuses, experienced hire recruiting, referrals).
You will closely work with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them. You will contribute to organizing and preparing content for strategy sessions and support the operational development of new approaches and activities, including drafting recruiting marketing materials, particularly for these new recruiting sources.
You will actively manage the recruiting pipeline and analysis together with the team, which involves planning, coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process. This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting recruiting events and interviews, particularly for and not limited to effort towards new sourcing strategies. You will serve as main contact for candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems. Together with support from regional and global centers of excellence, you will manage policy administration (e.g., relocation, immigration) and other administrative activities as required.
