You will process key HR elements across the colleague lifecycle in a given geography such as but not limited to Illness reviews, Wellbeing benefits consultations, Onboarding admin responsibilities, People Central inputs and audits, SNOW ticket management, role changes and others.
You will deliver support to colleagues and business partners, while ensuring the firm is in compliance with all legal requirements. You will interact with team members across the geography, as well as with counterparts in other firm functions (i.e., people legal, immigration legal, payroll, talent management, recruiting, compensation, professional development) and other HR sub-groups (i.e., CoEs, People Operations team) to ensure business strategic goals are achieved within the context of the firm’s policies and processes. Your work will help provide an equitable, consistent, and efficient HR experience for colleagues, demonstrating care for their well-being.
You will be based in our Costa Rica office as part of our Geographic HR team. The team provides hands-on HR support to colleagues and stakeholders across the geography, managing activities such as onboarding and offboarding, orientation delivery, role changes, rotations, and flexible work programs. The team is also responsible for maintaining HR data and documentation with a strong focus on data integrity, supporting managers through evaluation and performance management processes, communicating and interpreting HR policies and procedures, and partnering on colleague care initiatives and employee relations matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of professional experience, preferably in HR Operations or similar
  • Basic understanding of the range of HR service lines, employee relations, and colleague life cycle events
  • Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn HR/People systems (e.g., People Central)
  • Understanding of or willingness to quickly learn local labor and internal policy considerations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions and ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce documents quickly and accurately
  • Evidence of sound judgment, professionalism, maturity, and trustworthiness; able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
