You will work with C-suite executives to problem-solve on their key issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging your technology know-how and business sense.
You will play an active role in all aspects of a client project, typically working in teams of 3 to 5 consultants alongside experts and partners of all tenures, including developers, designers, data engineers, agile coaches and others. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations for client presentations. You’ll also present results to client management and advise on their implementation in collaboration with client team members.
You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. This support includes a Partner from your local office assigned to help you guide your career as well as several weeks of formal training. Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from your local office or practice in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network.

- University degree; an advanced university degree in technical, scientific, or business/economics/analytics disciplines preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience in SIer, IT solution provider, Professional services firm or at IT division or Start-up in similar industries
- Outstanding track record of academic and professional achievements
- Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology
- Proven track record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
- Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
- 4年制大学以上の学位（尚可：技術、科学、ビジネス/経済/アナリティクス分野の上位学位）
- SIer、ITソリューションプロバイダー、プロフェッショナルサービスファーム、あるいはテクノロジー系スタートアップや事業会社のIT部門における3年以上の実務経験
- 学業および実務における、極めて優秀な実績・成果をお持ちの方
- 高い戦略的・分析的能力と、テクノロジーに対する強い情熱の双方を兼ね備えていること
- 職場や課外活動などを通じて優れたリーダーシップ経験があること
- 通常の業務時間外での勤務や会議への出席、あるいは、事前の通知がほとんど（または全く）ない状態でプロジェクトに参画できる柔軟性があること
- 工場、病院、鉱山など、場合によっては困難な環境やアクセスの限られた多様な環境へ出張し、現地で勤務できること
- 日本語と英語で円滑にコミュニケーションが図れる方
