You will ensure the integrity of our global financial operations, monthly reconciliations, and general ledger closes while adhering strictly to USGAAP.
You will take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our offices face. You will manage monthly closing routines, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensure subledger closes (AP, AR, and FA), and coordinate closely with global internal and external stakeholders.
You will dive into multiple aspects of financial operations—you could be analyzing data, testing hypotheses, developing strategies, or presenting recommendations to local offices globally.
Your work will help ensure a healthy state of the firm's financial accounts, provide a true and fair view of our financial statements, and minimize disruption during critical month-end reporting periods.
You will be based in our Gurugram or Chennai office and will be part of our Finance Global Operations service line. This team provides a broad range of support services to our firm-wide colleagues.

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
