Your Impact

As a McKinsey Consultant, you’ll help some of the most successful leaders in the world solve their most difficult problems.
Your clients could include CEOs, presidents, government ministers, and heads of nongovernmental organizations. As long as you are eager to learn, we’ll provide you with the resources and tools you need. We’ll coach, mentor and support you as you tackle each new challenge and bring value to your clients.
Throughout your time with us, you’ll be exposed to a very large variety of industries, ranging from pharmaceuticals to retail to insurance and telecom. Also, you’ll tackle issues in a range of functions such as operations, organization, strategy, technology, corporate finance and marketing and sales. In all cases, you will learn to take a top-management perspective and use an integrated approach that considers the organization as a whole as you develop fact-based recommendations.

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree
  • Proven leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking
  • 2 to 6 years of work experience in Belgium or abroad
  • Highly successful track record in a leadership role with a performing company or a start-up
  • An outstanding record of academic excellence
  • Fluent knowledge of English together with either French or Dutch
  • Evidence of other unique achievements in your professional or private life
