You will help our clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals by identifying, and oftentimes implementing, potential solutions for a specific challenge.
You will typically lead a team of 3 – 5 consultants and will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve some of their most pressing problems. You will work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to software and app designers. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
You will guide and develop individual team members and ensure they have the support they need to learn and grow.

- Advanced graduate degree required. MBA, PhD., etc preferred, but not mandatory; equivalent work experience may also be accepted
