You will work alongside consulting teams and directly with clients across the Middle East to deliver high-impact strategic engagements in the tourism, travel, and hospitality sectors.
Your role offers exposure to a wide range of challenges and responsibilities, including developing industry analyses, tracking regional and global market developments, generating insights that inform client decision-making across Middle East and international markets.
You will work on complex challenges facing tourism, travel, and hospitality players across the region. As you build experience, you will develop deep expertise across these sectors aligned with national development agendas and contribute to client discussions by bringing data-driven insights and structured problem solving.
You will also contribute to strengthening our proprietary knowledge assets, regional datasets, benchmarking tools, and rapid diagnostic capabilities tailored to Middle East markets, helping translate research and analysis into actionable insights for clients.
You will be part of our Doha office as part of the Capabilities & Insights team focused on the tourism, travel, and hospitality sectors, contributing directly to client engagements in Qatar and across the rest of the region.
You will be part of our global Client Capabilities Network (CCN), comprising more than 4,500 professionals worldwide. In this role, you will work alongside consulting teams as an integrated member of the engagement team, delivering analyses, insights, and structured problem solving to support high-impact strategy and transformation programs for clients. Work may be conducted remotely or at client sites across the Middle East, and regional travel may be required.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1+ year of professional experience in tourism or consulting preferred; experience in Middle East markets is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop structured analyses and translate findings into clear insights
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-border teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required; Arabic language skills are preferred
