You will work with various McKinsey client teams, playing an active role in supporting international projects by providing research results and analytical insights.

You will support consultants and clients in solving challenging and complex client business problems and will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to consulting teams and clients focusing primarily on the Ukrainian market.
You will develop industry knowledge and expertise, both general and in specific sub-sectors. Additionally, you will help support the continuous improvement of our knowledge assets, innovating firm knowledge and delivery through special projects, both with client teams and on a stand-alone basis.
Day-to-day tasks may include a variety of analyses, such as benchmarking, trend identification, industry profiling, market sizing, growth projections.
You will work from Wroclaw office as a part of the European Regional Research Team. From time to time, you may be embedded directly into client engagements, which means working closely with our clients and, in some cases, traveling both domestically and internationally to their sites.
Within your role you’ll be a part of our global Client Capabilities Network, which includes over 8,000 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.

- Master's degree in economics, business, or a related field
- Proven academic achievement with demonstrated extracurricular activities
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment
- Deep understanding of Ukrainian business and economic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is expected, experience with basic programming and (Gen)AI tools a plus
- Professional experience in analytical or research roles is preferred
- Effective communication skills, fluent in English and Ukrainian
