Your daily activities will include identifying key issues for problems at hand and determining the most appropriate solution while effectively balancing quality, availability, timeliness, and cost factors.
You will work alongside senior knowledge professionals on larger client projects and internal knowledge. You will collect data, analyze it and provide final synthesis and insight via end products in the form of PowerPoint charts, written memos, and Excel models.
You will support consultants and clients in solving challenging and complex client business problems and will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to consulting teams and clients focusing on energy and sustainability topics primarily on the Czech, Slovak, and Central European markets.
You will work from our Prague office as a part of the Geographic Client Capabilities Team. From time to time, you may be embedded directly into client engagements, which means working closely with our clients and, in some cases, traveling both domestically and internationally to their sites.
Your work will give you the opportunity to develop industry, business, and financial knowledge, and practice work in a stimulating and professional environment. You will learn both hard skills, and soft skills, honing your problem-solving and communication skills. You will receive support through on-the-job coaching and training from a dedicated colleague, and senior team members and through tailored trainings.
You will work with various McKinsey client-serving teams, playing an active role in supporting international projects and problem-solving the most suitable solutions to solve our client’s business problems mostly related to energy economics and sustainability topics.
