You will oversee the implementation of the global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program while developing region-specific solutions and ensuring regulatory alignment as well as translating the E&C global program into region-specific initiatives and ensuring client service compliance.
You'll act as the critical 'translator' for global Ethics & Compliance programs. Your role is to deeply understand how these existing global programs function and successfully land and adapt them within the Latam region.
E&C is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of our firm, an independent Function, reporting directly to the Global Managing Partner.
Reporting to the E&C Senior Director, Global Regional Lead you'll act as a connector between the region and the global E&C Function, ensuring seamless delivery of expertise, policies, services and client engagement compliance support, whilst also building trust-based relationships with regional leaders (e.g., Senior Partner leadership, Legal, Risk, office leaders, and the regional partnership) to address compliance challenges and needs.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and other regional E&C leads to enhance the global support model and share best practices. With responsibility for overseeing regional compliance reporting, highlighting key risks, metrics, and remediation plans, you'll lead initiatives to promote the firm’s integrity agenda and raise awareness of compliance priorities across the region.
You will mentor and support the growth of high-impact team members through coaching, recruitment, and performance reviews. You will lead the implementation of the firm’s E&C program in Latin America, ensuring alignment with global policies and compliance with local regulations. You will engage and educate stakeholders effectively on E&C programs and tailor controls for key functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Travel. You will monitor regulatory changes and identify emerging E&C risks to the firm relating to Latam. You will drive awareness, training, and monitoring efforts to embed E&C practices across the region. You will sustain and enhance the E&C program, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to integrity.
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
