You'll set the direction for your workstreams and take responsibility for your design and research teams while delivering high quality human-centred solutions.
In this role, your primary focus will be on a great variety of digital business building projects. You'll help clients in rapidly imagining, building and scaling game-changing offerings from the ground up as well as develop their capabilities to do it again and again.
You'll work on diverse, cross-functional teams (bringing together design, agile, engineering, business, data science, product owners and more) hand in hand with the client. You'll tackle all aspects of the design and business building process often through leading interactive workshops and concepts sprints. You'll leverage your broad palette of design capabilities to prototype and iterate on UX/UI design including sketching, information architecture, wireframes and user flows. You'll lead usability testing sessions, synthesize findings and iteratively integrate them into design solutions.
You'll think creatively and strategically, dissecting business problems and using design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes that communicate the product vision. You'll ensure that design specifications are implemented and you will strengthen your client's capabilities through coaching and sharing of design best practices.
You'll have a platform to build mentor and mentee relationships and contribute to our community and culture at McKinsey Design. Your experience will be multi-disciplinary, working side by side with designers, engineers, business strategists and clients. You'll be fully immersed in the convergence of design, human behaviour, business and technology. You'll be part of a team that is truly transformative in the way it thinks, acts and impacts our clients.
