At McKinsey’s CCN Analytics Graduate Program, you will work at the forefront of machine learning, generative AI, and emerging agentic AI technologies, helping leading organizations navigate into the age of Artificial Intelligence.
You will contribute across the full AI value chain, from shaping big-picture strategy to hands-on building and coding. You will help clients identify where AI can create value across their business, develop multi-year AI roadmaps, and define the operating models needed to deliver them. This includes thinking through team structures, required capabilities, technology stacks, and investment priorities.
You will also play a role in reimagining how business functions operate in an AI-native future. For example, you may help redesign functions such as fraud detection by integrating machine learning models, virtual AI agents, and generative AI co-pilots to enhance both efficiency and decision-making.
In addition, you will build and deploy AI solutions, developing and scaling components using modern technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will work with advanced tools and frameworks to bring these solutions to life in real-world client environments.
Working closely with clients and McKinsey colleagues, you will combine research, expert interviews, and data analysis with collaborative problem-solving to generate insights and develop innovative models. You will then communicate your findings and recommendations clearly to client stakeholders.

Your work may span use cases such as optimizing pricing strategies, personalizing customer experiences, or supporting complex technological initiatives.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics or artificial intelligence, with a strong academic track record
- Experience (academic or professional) with data science tools and languages: Python (must), and possibly others like R, SPSS, SAS, or Hadoop
- Willingness to work on high-stakes problems that shape industries, solving tough challenges and learning from the best
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial instinct, and willingness to take initiative, and build the skills to lead teams, ventures, or products
