You'll support QuantumBlack Studio’s financial planning, reporting & operational finance activities, ensuring accuracy, visibility & discipline across core financial processes.

You will be a core member of QuantumBlack Studio's finance function, owning high-value analytical work—including modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting—while also maintaining the accuracy and discipline of core financial operations.
You will not only execute these responsibilities with precision but also continuously identify and implement more efficient ways of doing so.
Within Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and multi-scenario financial modeling. You will build and maintain financial models covering revenue, margins, project-level profitability, utilization, and cash flow. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver executive-level financial reports and performance dashboards, translating complex data into clear, decision-ready insights. You will also partner on pricing strategy, economics, and margin analysis for new engagements.
In terms of Financial Operations & Compliance, you will conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will execute payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance, and you will maintain financial data integrity across accounting systems, ERP tools, and reporting infrastructure. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve, automate, or re-engineer financial processes, with a focus on reducing manual effort and increasing time available for value-added analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Progress toward CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
  • Years of experience in finance, FP&A, management consulting, or a high-growth, analytically demanding environment
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and management reporting; consulting or investment background welcomed
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems, ERP tools, or automation platforms is advantageous
