You will help organizations transform through technology and AI innovation.
You will work with client-service teams globally to solve complex business problems, develop evidence-based recommendations, and help shape technology and AI transformations across industries. You will support Tech & AI-focused client work across areas such as technology strategy, performance and cost optimization, productivity improvement, AI value realization, and end-to-end Tech & AI transformation.
You will support client-service teams in assessing organizations’ Tech & AI maturity and performance, leveraging proprietary diagnostics, data-driven analyses, senior stakeholder interviews, and client workshops to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities. You will help identify and prioritize high-value opportunities across technology productivity, performance, and AI adoption, by assessing feasibility, quantifying business impact, and developing business cases to inform strategic decisions.
You will help shape Tech & AI strategies and transformation roadmaps, translating identified opportunities into clear priorities, implementation initiatives, milestones, and success measures. Working with client teams and experts, you will assess the capabilities and changes required across technology, data, talent, operating models, and organizational adoption to support successful end-to-end transformation.
Beyond client engagements, you will contribute to developing and scaling our proprietary Tech & AI diagnostics, analytical tools, and knowledge assets. This includes enhancing maturity assessments, technology performance benchmarks, AI value-estimation models, and technology ROI methodologies, publishing articles on industry trends as well as exploring innovative ways to use AI to strengthen our capabilities.
Throughout your work, you will take ownership of analyses and deliverables, collaborate with global colleagues, and synthesize complex findings into compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders.   • Undergraduate degree or an MBA
  • 2+ years’ experience in consulting, technology, AI, digital transformation or related areas is preferred. Strong transferable skills are valued 
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with data, evaluate options and develop evidence-based recommendations 
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT, and the ability to apply them to research and analysis, while rigorously validating outputs and maintaining confidentiality, ethics and sound judgment 
  • Proactive, dependable and collaborative mindset; agility to learn unfamiliar topics quickly, comfort managing priorities, seeking feedback and delivering high-quality work with attention to detail
  • Business level language fluency in written and verbal English, clear synthesis and presentation skills, and the confidence and maturity to collaborate with global teams and engage senior stakeholders
