You will play a key role in expanding our impact at the intersection of Real Estate & Infrastructure, contributing to growing client impact in this space, for private players, as well as public players focused on economic development.
You will help solve complex client problems by leveraging research, data, analytical tools, and deepening industry / functional expertise. You will collect, structure, and analyze information from a range of internal and external sources, translating findings into actionable insights to support client recommendations and decision-making.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with consulting teams and clients to understand business needs, identifying key questions, and determining the most relevant approaches and capabilities to address them. You will contribute to problem-solving through a variety of activities, ranging from research and analysis to developing insights, identifying opportunities, and shaping recommendations, with a particular focus on applying your specialized sector knowledge to client challenges.
You will synthesize findings, develop insights and business implications, and deliver high-quality outputs, including presentations, written reports, analytical models, and analytical frameworks. You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to address business challenges, drawing on a wide range of information sources, industry knowledge, proprietary assets, and emerging capabilities such as GenAI, while continuously exploring innovative ways to enhance the quality and impact of your work.
Beyond client engagements, you will play an active role in building, developing, and maintaining the firm's specialized knowledge and analytical capabilities, including proprietary databases, benchmarking tools, research assets, case studies, and sector-specific insights, working closely with local and global experts. You will also support internal initiatives, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to the development of expertise across teams.
You will be part of our Middle-East Client Capabilities Network (CCN), collaborating with regional colleagues and clients across the region. Your focus will be on Real Estate across the region, developing and applying expertise across client engagements. You will receive mentorship and guidance from McKinsey managers and leaders to continuously strengthen your analytical, problem-solving, and industry capabilities.
Your work includes extensive travel within the Middle East to support client engagements across locations.

- Bachelor or Masters degree, ideally in engineering, real estate development & infrastructure
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Operations & Consulting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business acumen and an understanding of relevant industry and economic concepts
- Ability to accomplish work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization
- Proficiency with GenAI preferred (e.g. research, analytics, task automation)
