You will proactively and independently manage your Partners’ calendars and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize emails and overall requests to help organize and leverage time effectively. You will also drive ad hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity.
You will work closely with 2 of our Partners and Senior Partners, providing dedicated support, proactively organizing and managing their complex workday, and creating close meaningful external relations. You will facilitate the building and managing of supported colleagues’ client relationships as well create your own relationships with your peers at the client.
