After spending two years with McKinsey in Switzerland and completing my MBA in Hong Kong, I transferred to our Greater China office. Here, I work with leading luxury and consumer-goods clients on growing their businesses in the number-one growth market in the world.
Work–life balance
McKinsey puts a lot of value on creating flexibility for all consultants, with part-time work and the “take time program,” which allows for extra time off for those with interests and commitments outside of work.
