I’m an associate with our Operations practice. I joined our London office after completing my MBA at the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland a little less than a year ago. I wanted a job where I could make a difference and see things happen. I also wanted to explore many different industries, functions, and organizations. I love learning new things and hate being bored. I came to the Operations practice in particular because my undergraduate degree and pre-MBA professional experience was in structural engineering; this role seemed a natural way to leverage that expertise.

My first engagement lived up to these expectations. I worked in a completely new-to-me industry (automotive). Being on the shop floor of an automotive facility and learning so much about production was amazing. I had an awesome team and contributed to our work and the resulting process improvements, which felt really rewarding.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me basking in the sun, reading or people-watching. I love learning about new cultures, traveling, and enjoying long lazy breakfasts with my friends. Oh, and chocolate – I love chocolate – but I eat that while I work…
