Interviewer: What do you like best about working in the steel industry?

Henrique: The opportunities I have to deliver significant impact. Numbers in this industry tend to be large and any improvement ends up delivering enormous financial results. The industry is generally at a developmental stage where it is relatively straightforward to upgrade processes.

Interviewer: What is your favorite part of a McKinsey engagement?

Henrique: Coaching people is definitely the best part of any engagement for me. It’s very inspirational to make a difference in people’s lives. I love collecting good friends all around the world.

Interviewer: What advice would you give others considering joining McKinsey Implementation (MI)?

Henrique: Join us with a partner mentality. We are building this service line together and everyone needs to engage in the exciting process of shaping McKinsey Implementation.

Interviewer: What keeps you busy in your free time?

Henrique: I am a ladies’ man. My beautiful wife Camilla, my lovely daughter Ana and my two treasured granddaughters Dara and Serena provide me with the happiest moments any man could wish for.
