McKinsey Open House Series is split into two virtual parts.
Firstly, our main introductory session (2 hours in length), open for professionals from various backgrounds curious to gain an overview of our practices. Secondly, we will host practice spotlight sessions (1 – 2 hours in length) designed for those with in an interest in a specific practice.
The main introductory session will kick off with a dynamic panel discussion featuring experts from various practices. Immerse yourself in their experiences to understand what it’s like to join McKinsey as an experienced professional and how you can find your home here. Network with our colleagues and actively engage in a Q&A session to answer any questions on your mind.
This session will be followed by a series of practice spotlight events over different dates, dedicated to different practices within McKinsey. During these, you will uncover the diversity of career paths available at McKinsey and delve into the specifics of each practice. Our series will offer a deeper understanding of hot topics, trends, and the unique challenges within each practice. You’ll meet consultants who joined the Firm as an experienced professional and have a chance to understand and ask questions about their journey.
