Leadership Essentials Pathways program

To earn badges in the Leadership Essentials Pathways program, participants must meet the following requirements:

Leadership Essentials Pathways Program Completion Badge:

Complete 75% progress through both the Leading Self and the Leading Teams digital modules by the allotted program deadline
Attend 3/4 required Live Sessions across the journey
- Optional orientations and the leadership forum do not count towards attendance requirements
- Please keep in mind that watching a recording will not count towards attendance credits, only live attendance will mark a session as completed

Digital Module Completion Badge:

Earn a 70% proficiency score on the final assessment for the specific module (e.g. Leading Self, Leading Teams, or Leading Business) by the allotted program deadline

Reminder:

Eligible participants may receive Credly-issued digital badges, subject to ethics, procurement laws, and internal policies. Badges are not available for government or state-linked enterprise employees.

Management Accelerator Pathways program

To be eligible for badges in the Management Accelerator Pathways program, participants must meet the following requirements:

Management Accelerator Pathways Program Completion Badge:

Complete 75% progress through both the Adaptability & Resilience and the Problem Solving digital modules by the allotted program deadline

Attend 3/4 required Live Sessions across the journey.
- Optional orientations, office hours, and leadership forums do not count towards attendance requirements
- Please keep in mind that watching a recording will not count towards attendance credits, only live attendance will mark a session as completed

Digital Module Completion Badge:

To be eligible for badges in the Executive Leadership Pathways Program badge, participants must meet the following requirements:

Attend 3 out of 4 workshops
Attend 5 out of 7 other live events - Toolkit series, Peer Boards, and Sponsorship event
